Contact and company details, the application brief, indicated budget and quantity, product configuration, acquisition campaign, and your data-handling acknowledgement. Administrators may add qualification decisions, meeting notes, follow-ups, and commercial evidence.

Optional analytics & price research

With your permission, a random first-party browser identifier records page and product views, interaction events, and form milestones. No form text or email address is placed in behavioral events. A consenting browser may see a randomly assigned indicative price. It is neither a discount nor a binding offer. Assignments are associated with a submitted enquiry to study price acceptance.

Essential cookies handle your privacy preference and administrator sessions. Optional analytics cookies last up to 90 days; the preference lasts 180 days. We honor Global Privacy Control. Declining has no effect on submitting an enquiry. Withdrawing removes the associated behavioral history and experiment assignment; your enquiry remains so we can handle it.

Sample images

Up to three images may be submitted with separate consent. Files are validated, re-encoded, stripped of embedded metadata, and held outside the public website. Only authenticated administrators can retrieve them. Default sample retention is 90 days, with earlier deletion available on request. Do not submit sensitive personal data or images you are not authorized to share.

Retention & access

Unqualified, inactive enquiries are reviewed after 365 days. Samples expire after 90 days; analytics identifiers expire after 90 days. Qualified or active commercial records may need a documented retention period for their ongoing purpose. Backups have a separate deletion cycle described by the operator. We do not infer your country from your IP address; country is self-declared. Security rate limits use temporary keyed address hashes when a trusted proxy is configured.

Service providers

The host and PostgreSQL service process the data needed to operate this website. If configured, Resend receives your email address and a transactional acknowledgement. No delivery is claimed when email is unavailable. The operator must document its providers, processing regions, contracts, and any international transfer safeguards before launch.

Operator & rights

The legal controller identity has not been configured for this installation. Public collection must wait until the operator completes its privacy configuration.

Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal through the form. Identity is verified before records are released or deleted. The operator must assess the applicable legal basis, respond within the applicable time limit, and explain any lawful retention exception.
